10km World Champs
We just had a bite to eat in Dubai Mall over looking The Burj!!! The buildings silhouette looks like something out of a Lord of the Rings movie!!! The pic is a buddy of mine from US JG and Christie lurking in the background:)

Got 3rd in the 10km, broke my streak of wins in the 10km’s that started back in 06. Time to start the streak again:)
Christie Dawes, a mate from Newy, smashed the girls race and became the 10km Road World Champ. After 17 years of racing, congrats buddy!!!

Busy times
I have been running about everywhere. Now in AlAin racing the 10km World Road Title tomorrow. Had two great 10km’s this year so far, so I’m really looking forward it.
Also been running around a lot when I’m in country. I’ve attached a pic from a commercial I shot the other day. Tonnes of stuff cooking:)
