The Birds nest is incredible (Beijing’s main athletics stadium)!!! Half full and the sound on the start line is unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. I cant wait to roll in on a full crowd and be chasing the Paralympic Gold. Incredibly exciting it’s only 100 days.

The volunteers continued to crack me up and I also cant wait to see their faces when thousands of Paralympic Athletes lay siege to their country. It is going to be a eye opener.

Nothing but Grey skies as far as the eye can see. We’re getting great weather in Beijing but the smog and dust limits the line of sight and completely blocks out Blue Sky.
 
Find it a little interesting training conditions also. Dirty teeth and a raw throat is what your left with after a session.. But it’s the same [...]

Successful day. Won my 3 events, 800m, 1500m and the 5000m. Now a few hours sleep and a quick trip to Beijing to check out the facilities and have a good 5000m hit out on the Main Stadium on Friday..
