Over the last few weeks the excitement has been building. More and more people are messaging me good luck. I’ve been asked to more functions in the last 2 weeks then the entire 2008. And Email, Facebook and the Bigblog are all skyrocketing! Very exciting.
It’s also building in the training department. 43 second flat flying 400m. The fastest I’ve pushed out side a Paralympics.

I just got an email saying that I was named 2008 Commonwealth Male Disabled Athlete of the Year. Bit of a mouthful. I always find it funny to receive awards for what I do. But this is by far the biggest and it is kind of nice to be labeled the top Commonwealth disabled athlete over the last 12 [...]
