I got sent this with me and andrew from last week. So much fun!

I’ll arrive in China next Monday. Pushing fantastic and cant wait to get on the track!
 
Start with the 5000m, 800m, 1500m and then the Marathon. Now I’m almost literally wrapping myself in cotton wool and making sure I get to the games fit and healthy.
